The Home Transformer is the highest-level field role within BHYH and is responsible for guiding client projects from beginning to end.

This role combines project coordination, client communication, organization, leadership, logistics, setup oversight, and transformation planning to help clients navigate major home transitions with clarity and confidence.

This person helps ensure projects stay organized, efficient, calm, and aligned with the BHYH experience.

This position may be earned through advancement within BHYH or through equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from consultation through completion

  • Supporting client communication and expectations

  • Coordinating schedules, timelines, and project flow

  • Leading Home Transition and Home Setup Assistants

  • Overseeing move days, setup days, and install days

  • Helping clients prioritize tasks and decisions

  • Creating organization systems and room plans

  • Managing project logistics and troubleshooting

  • Maintaining calm, professional client experiences

  • Supporting styling, layout, and functionality decisions

  • Identifying problems before they escalate

  • Ensuring overall project quality and efficiency

Schedule + Pay

  • Part-time or full-time depending on project load

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Sacramento-area travel required

  • Competitive pay starting at $35/hr.
