The Creative Operations Partner is a Level 2 operations role within BHYH focused on helping support higher-level business operations, project coordination, execution, and founder support across multiple creative ventures and evolving projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and genuinely loves helping bring ideas to life.

The Creative Operations Partner helps bridge the gap between ideas and execution while helping BHYH stay organized, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
Supporting higher-level project coordination and execution
Managing timelines, priorities, and follow-through across projects
Helping organize workflows, systems, and operations
Founder support and coordination
Vendor, client, and partnership communication
Helping oversee content, launches, and project logistics
Supporting organization across multiple creative ventures
Improving systems and identifying operational inefficiencies
Assisting with planning, scheduling, and implementation
Helping maintain momentum across evolving projects and priorities
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize independently and adapt quickly
Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
High level of professionalism and follow-through
Tech comfortable and quick to learn systems
Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Bonus Skills
Startup or operations experience
Project coordination or executive support experience
Content production or social media coordination
Notion, HubSpot, Canva, or Squarespace familiarity
Small business or entrepreneurial experience
Interest in interiors, lifestyle brands, or creative businesses
